My real estate experience is a little unconventional.  I am a licensed master electrician who was personally involved in the construction of hundreds of Hudson Valley homes over the past 15 years.  In this time, I have seen the desires of home buyers change drastically.  The features that were important to them 10 years ago are not as important today.  I have also seen the sellers, the builders of these homes, modify their strategies to meet these new desires.  New models, new features and new marketing strategies.
